Jack can't stand his boss. One day while he's standing at the copy machine, Jack spontaneously bursts into an original (and quite funny) song that essentially tears his boss to shreds. Jack's coworker, Will, hears the song. Will also thinks it's hilarious and goes to write down the lyrics before he forgets them. Will then shows the lyrics to Grace, who agrees that they're funny, but is afraid to laugh because she's scared to death of her boss. and doesn't want to risk losing herjob. Will eventually puts his own music to the lyrics and records the song. Jack then sues Will for copyright infringement. Will Jack likely prevail? Why or why not
