Jack's Burgers is a popular, local fast-food restaurant. Despite being in business for more than 20 years, Jack's does not properly train or supervise their employee-cooks regarding the need to cook all burgers to a certain temperature necessary to kill bacteria in the meat that might cause serious illness to customers. One day when a surge of customers makes it difficult to keep up with orders, the Cook(who is an employee of the restaurant) only very lightly cooks the burgers and those burgers are later proved to have contained harmful bacteria that caused you and many customers who ate the burgers to suffer serious illness. Assume that the light cooking of the burgers that day and the link between the bacteria-containing burgers and your illness is proved.
Explain ALL possible tort claims and theories of liability (there are more than 1, perhaps as many as 3) that you can fileagainst the restaurant. In addition to explaining and applying the required elements for each applicable tort claim, be sure to explain for each claim/theory whetherthe restaurantis directly and/or indirectly liable.
[Note that this question DOES NOT involve any of the intentional torts and your answer should not consider or discuss any of the intentional torts.]
