Jada and Corey, two very strong political liberals planned a massive protest against President Trump and the administrations proposed "travel ban." The rally was scheduled to take place in San Francisco. Jada and Corey camped out overnight in front of the Civic Center so they would have a seat near the podium where the President planned to give his speech. Several hours prior to Mr. Trump's arrival however, SFAuthorities directed all protestors to a "Free Speech Zone" near Lombard street, a mile and 1/2 away. Jada and Corey filed suit claiming that the Free Speech Zone violated their First Amendment rights to Freedom of Speech. Would the court likely rule that the Free Speech Zone was a violation?
