Jake's Diner on State Street is an iconic first-date spot in Santa Barbara, and is packed with nostalgia: jukeboxes, old school booths and an ice cream maker from the 1920's that still blends the best milkshakes in town.  Due to the downturn in business, Jake's Diner has recently decided to sell its location to McDonalds, and wants to remove the jukebox as well as the booths to place them in storage in case they open up a new location in the future.  If McDonalds objects to the removal of these items, can Jake's Diner still remove them?Explain
