In the course of negotiating the price, Makuti asked Jambezi how many sheep could be reared on the farm. Jambezi replied, " I have not used the farm for sheep rearing but I think it could support 2,000 sheep" Makuti bought the farm and immediately bought 2,000 sheep to rear on it. However the farm was unable to accommodate the sheep and Makuti is aggrieved and he intends to sue Jambezi. (a) From the foregoing; explain the legal issues addressed in the above set of facts.
