James clayton allision, a resident of mississppi was employed by the tru-amp corp as a circut breaker tester. As a part of his employement, allision was sent to inspect, clean and test a switch gear located at the South Central Bell Telephone Facility in Brentwood, Tennesse. One day when he attempted to remove a circut breaker manfactured by ITE Corp from a bank of breakers, a portion of the breaker fell off. The broken piece fell behind a switching bank and according to allision caused an electrical fire and explosion. Allision was severely burned in the accident. ITE Corp was a Tennesse corp. Allison brought suit against ITE in a Mississippi state court, claiming damages. Can this suit be removed to federal court?
