James Dee Designs holds an annual holiday party for its employees. The party is held at a swanky restaurant, and there are plenty of free alcoholic beverages available for the employees during the fourhour dinner and dance. Attendance is viewed as mandatory. At the party for this year, three employees drank heavily and then used one of their cars driving, alternatively switching drivers, to get to a nearby hotel to spend the night and sleep off their intoxication. James Dee did not provide transportation for employees following the dinner dance. On the way to the hotel, the employees ran a red light, striking another car and injuring two passengers in the car. The injured passengers in the other car:

1. Can recover from the three employees only.

2. Cannot recover from the employees but only from the restaurant.

3. Cannot recover from the employees because they were on a frolic and detour.

4. Can recover from the employees and James Dee.
