James was recently given the responsibility to reorganize the entire West$-$coast division of his company. He has always worked in the East$-$coast division, so he does not know most of the people his decisions will impact, nor do they know him. He has never done anything like this before and is not sure where to begin. He decides to take the risk of emotional exposure and let people know how he really feels about his new responsibility.
