Jane was a bank teller who skimmed a few dollars off large cash deposits and placed them in her purse. Not realizing she had reached the limit on her credit card, she purchased a dress from a clothing store, which was not reimbursed by the credit card company. On her way home one evening she stopped by a sporting goods store and, claiming to be the purchasing agent for the University of Florida athletic department, received some athletic outerwear on the universitys credit. Driving away, she saw an elderly person collapse on the sidewalk but did not stop to help. She had closed her bank account, but still kept some old checks on hand. She used one of these to purchase a significant amount of beer, wine, and liquor at a beverage store. When she was apprehended, she offered the police officer the beer and wine (but not the liquor) if he would let it slide. At her trial, she took the stand and denied everything. Assuming she may have committed a crime or two, match each criminal action with the crime.
