Janet and Esther work in the same company as sales assistants. They also live close to each other, and because Janet owns a car, she on occasions give Esther a lift to work. There was an occasion, Esther, felt appreciative for being given a lift to and from work and states that she will give Janet 50.00 for her trouble/help. But Esther failed to keep her promise. Janet stopped offering Esther lift and wants to enforce the 50.00 promised by Esther. Advise Janet as to possible outcome of her claim/legal action
