Janet Tsui is a vice president of a Hong Kong furniture company, who is recently assigned to a new job in Sweden. Her friend Jessica Lim, who spent three years studying and living in Stockholm, told her that she had quite a bit of cultural shock when she first arrived in that country. Janet did a bit of research and found that Hongkongers are very different from the Swedes in terms of their power and competition orientations.
