January 28^th, 2021 and was about a Leesburg, VA man who pleaded guilty for fraudulently obtaining Paycheck Protection Program loan in amount of 2.5 million. Didier K. Kindambu took two loans to continue paying salaries for the employees. Kindambu fraudulently created payroll documentation representing he had dozens of employees for several businesses. In reality, there were only a few employees. Kindambu spent funds to himself and mostly expensive items, like new Lexus and Cesna aircraft. The case is expected to be concluded in August of this year and Kindambu is facing up to thirty years in prison.
