Jared goes to a flea market. At the flea market, he sees a rock dealer who is selling different types of rocks. Jared sees a nice looking rock, which he identifies as a quartz. Jared says to the rock dealer, "how much for that quartz"? The dealer states, "that quartz is $20." Later Jared finds out that it is an uncut diamond worth $1,000,000. The dealer wants the diamond back. Can the dealer undo the contract?

a) Later at the flea market Jared sees an old lady selling comic books. Jared likes Superman so he looks for Superman related comic books. Jared sees a really old comic book entitled Action Comics #1. That book is worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Jared asks the old lady, "how much is Action Comics #1 being sold for"? The lady responds, all comics, including Action Comics #1 are being sold for 50 cents. Jared pays the 50 cents. Later the old lady finds out about how much that comic book was really worth and wants the book back. Could she get it back? Explain.
