Jasmine just bought a single family home in what she believed to be a great neighborhood. However, she quickly realized that the neighbors are making it very difficult for her to enjoy her new property. Jasmine wants these behaviors to stop. Comment on each of the following:

  1. The neighbor behind her has two large pit bulls that live in an outdoor, fenced kennel in the backyard. The dogs bark most nights, periodically keeping Jasmine awake.
  2. Three evenings per week, the neighbor to the other side of Jasmine hosts 40-50 members of their church in a backyard service. The meetings start at 8 pm and run until 11:30 pm and include 'fairly loud' singing of religious songs, accompanied by a guitarist.
  3. Her next-door neighbor regularly barbecues pork in their backyard and the smells enter Jasmine's yard. She's against eating pork for religious reasons and wants it to stop.
  4. The two children (ages 4 and 6) next door regularly play on the play gym on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Jasmine likes to take naps on her back porch while laying in her hammock and she finds this noise very disruptive.
