Jason inherited an antique grandfather clock from his uncle. After some preliminary negotiation, on 20 May 2020 Jason sent a fax to his friend, Kyle offering to sell the antique clock to Kyle for RM180,000.00. Jason promised to keep the offer open for a week until 27 May 2020 for Kyle to think about it. Kyle only saw and read the fax on 22 May 2020. Then on 25 May 2020, Lance,Jason's friend, telephoned Kyle and informed him that Jason had sold the antique clock to him theday before for RM200,000.00. Kyle immediately on the same day itself sent a fax to Jasonaccepting Jason's offer to buy his antique clock for RM180,000.00. Jason only saw the fax and read Kyle's acceptance on 28 May 2020.

Advise Kyle whether there was a valid contract between him and Jason.
