1. Jason invited Amy, whom he had met at a party, back to his apartment for some drinks. They were both heavily intoxicated. Amy agrees to have sexual intercourse with Jason provided he uses a condom. They proceed to have sexual intercourse. During sexual intercourse, Jason removes the condom without Amy's knowledge and continues to have sexual intercourse with her. When Amy found out what had happened, she was very upset. Jason claimed that he honestly thought she consented to sexual intercourse. Later that night Dotty, Jason's friend, goes over to Jason's apartment. She agrees to have sex with Jason for £50. After sexual intercourse had taken place, Jason refuses to give her the money and asks her to leave.
