Jason offered to sell his house to Lim at the price of RM1.2 million. Lim agreed to buy the

house at RM1 million cash'. Jason refused the offer. Lim subsequently called and informed

he will take it for RM1.2 million. There was no reply from Jason.

Advise Lim whether his subsequent call informing that he will buy it for RM1.2 million

amounts to acceptance of the offer to buy the house.
