Design a function named "checkSpeed" using pseudo-code which indicates whether an Integer speed value passed as a parameter is greater than a maximum speed of 30 MPH by returning the value of a Boolean variable 'mySpeed' as TRUE or FALSE. If the speed is greater than the maximum, return TRUE, otherwise return FALSE. Be sure your answer is properly aligned and indented. Do not design an entire program for this problem. The maximum speed should be assigned to a constant which is used in the statement that determines which Boolean value is to be returned. Be sure all required elements for a function are included.
