Given two queues q1 and q2, write an algorithm that returns a new Queue which merges the two given queues together and removes the duplicates.

Ex 1:

Input: [[8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5], [4, 5, 6, 8]]

Expected: [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8]

Ex 2:

Input: [[], []]

Expected: []
