My landlord did not tell me the place I am renting did not have any phone lines or internet lines. I had to hire Xfinity telephone to run lines so I could have business telephone and internet services. I am pretty bummed about this since Ill only be in the building for the duration of my lease. They had to come hook the line up from the street to the building and then run lines throughout the building to the different offices. I wrote check #102 for $3,000 and handed it to the technician. I should receive the bill in early October. mailed out from their office at the end of September. I should receive the bill in early October.
