Jennifer wants to buy an EV because she wants to lower her carbon footprint and lower her gas bill. She wants to buy a Toyota Prius, which currently costs $28,000. But to do that, she first needs to sell her car, a 2013 grey Honda Civic. She bought her car then for $22,000. It's still in good shape, although the mileage is about 150000 miles. Jennifer was horrified to see online that similar cars are currently offered at $9,000 or less. Less is out of the question! She believes she could sell it for $14,000, which would be a great first deposit to pay for her EV. A potential buyer is interested in Jennifer's car, because of its color. But they would find anything above $12,000 an absurd price for car with so much mileage. The ZOPA is: $14,000 $12,00014,000 $12,000 $9,00012,000 $9,000 Steven and Sophie are working together on the design for a new kitchen appliance that would both chop and cook vegetables. They get a lot of support from their manager: they negotiated for more than enough time and resources to complete the project. However, Steven and Sophie believe that this project should be done differently. Steven believes in taking his time to deliver quality work, whereas Sophie wants to finish sooner so that it could count as one of her contributions in her annual review. She'd like to be promoted next year, and although her manager told her she would still be considered for promotion without having finished this project, she still believes it would make her look even better. As they are working one morning, Steven and Sophie could be heard arguing and somebody saw Steven storming out of their office fuming. This scenario is NOT about: Check all that applies. Informational deficiencies An affective conflict Environmentally-induced stress A goal conflict A cognitive conflict You know that your reasons to work are very different from your colleague's. You actually enjoy the work, when they just do it to have a salary and medical benefits. Are you conflicting? Yes No
