Jennifer's primary job is as a consultant to businesses undergoing organizational change. Her work days are varied, depending on the company and the project. She is well respected in his field for his ability to assess an organization's situation, assess types of employees and barriers to change, and even identify personnel who may be key players in enacting change.

Because of her schedule, which is often not Monday-Friday, 9-5,s he has been able to volunteer at a community social services center. She plans on changing fields and going into human services as a counselor or life coach when she takes early retirement from her current position. Over the years, she has mainly assisted counselors with helping clients make changes in specific situations, especially related to both careers and healthy living.

Jennifer has completed two different associate degrees, and has a lot of credit at the lower-level (freshman/sophomore). It makes sense for her to pursue credits through PLA only if her knowledge is advanced level.
