Jenny has lost her wedding ring. She has posted a notice board which states that anyone who finds the ring which ahs ten diamonds on it and return to me will gives reward of $500. Kathy found the ring and went to her house but return to her husband. Jenny refuses to pay the reward, because Kathy didnt return to her personally. Is jenny correct in not giving the reward to Kathy ?
