Jenny is the promoter to help company Ritz Sdn Bhd to get registered. In the process of registration of the company, she purchased a piece of land for RM550K. Then, they incorporated a company and sold the land for RM1 million through a nominee. The companys constitution stated that before the company gets incorporated, there are not allowed to do any transaction.

Brandon, a prototype designer of the company Ritz Sdn Bhd, made a rough prototype for a suite of furniture to show how it would look when produced. Jenny copied the prototype and selling the copy to other companies.
