This clause also appears in the delivery note that arrives with the printer. Deliveries from Print-it Ltd always contain the same clause in the delivery note, and the delivery note is always provided with every delivery. Two weeks after taking delivery of the printer, it overheats and catches fire. The fire spreads causing extensive damage to Jeremy's home. The fire was caused by a defective power unit within the printer. It is estimated that the cost of repair will be 20,000.
