Badback used their product and still suffered back pains . He sued the company for the money that was promised however, Jesse Inc argued that the advertisement was not an offer but an invitation to invite offers. At no point in time, Badback made an offer and as such, Jesse Inc is not bound to pay him any money because the parties did not have any agreement.
