Jessica is 16 years old and is completing ICGSE exam at the Sri Baylor International School. Her parents promise her that if she gets "A" inall her subjects they will buy her a new computer system worth RM5,000. Jessica studies very hard and receives straight A's for all her subjects. Her parents refuse to buy a computer for her. They tell her that they only promised her a computer to motivate her to study, and that they never intended to buy her one. Jessica is very upset and wants to know if she could sue her parents for breach of contract.
