Jessy and Betty have a disagreement. Jessy says that Betty offered to trade her Shiny Rare Pikachu card for two of his Charizard cards and that he accepted.Betty says she didn't, and even if she said something like that, everyone would know it was a joke, "Like, get real!No way two lousy fire lizards are worth a card as rare as my beloved Pikachu!!!"

If this dispute ends up in court, how will the court determine if a contract has been formed and what standard will the court use to make the determination.( will this be handle in court)
