JGR 200: How can you use your assessment results to determine what your strengths are? How can you use them to predict what role you might fit best in on a team?I was surprised at how accurate it was. My "D" DiSC style emphasizes on my drive to get successful results. Although I have never been in a manager position, I allow inputs from others but have strong beliefs that my perspective is more attainable. Some of the strengths include taking action and offering challenge. My attention to details allows me to focus on the future instead of dwelling on the past. For this on my team, I strive for being the best at what they do to avoid having to keep trying the same task. I set high expectations for my team members and provide direct feedback once their performance has been reviewed. Although no one is perfect, my DiSC assessment allows me to understand that I have the potential to be a great leader, there are just some characteristics that I need to work on.
