1. Jim has been dumped by Jane, his girlfriend of two years. Jane has left him for Ron. Jim tells Harry if he sees Ron at the bar he is going to cave his head in. Prior to going to the bar, Jim drinks 2 bottles of wine and tells Harry he is drinking the wine to make sure he follows through with his decision to beat up Ron. At the bar, Ron pushes Jim in the chest and tells him to leave as the bar is 'no place for losers'. Jim punches Ron multiple times, causing Ron to fall to the ground, hitting his head. Ron dies as a result of his head hitting the ground. Jim tells the police he has no recollection of the incident and claims he was too drunk to remember. He says he had no intention of harming Ron and his comments to Harry was merely showing off.
