Jimmyis company secretary of a new company, Green Timbers Pty Ltd. He was a friend of Mike and Dean who were the promoters of the company. Before GreenTimbers was registered Mike and Dean asked Jimmy to organise the stationery for the new company. Jimmy went to PP Press and ordered 5,000 business cards and a year's supply of letterhead paper.

After the company's registration Mike decides to support his brother-in-law Mal, who has just bought a new printing business. Mike places an order for the printing of the company's business cards and letterhead with Mal. A month later Mike and Dean as directors decide not to accept the cards and letterhead supplied by PP Press.
