- Coordinate and lead WSIB claims management activities including return to work offers, refusals of modified work and any new medical or changes to medical information
- Receive and action all injury reports through QRS
- In partnership with our claims management provider, ensure all reports are submitted to WSIB within the required timeframes
- In coordination with the Managers and Branch HR develop and implement Return to Work plan
- Lead the Joint Health and Safety Committee for Spectrum
- Oversee projects and programing related to Health and Safety and Wellness
- Act as a subject matter expert by providing policy advice, interpretation and guidance to managers, Branch HR and employees
- Plan and develop internal educational campaigns and related activities/communiqus related to Health & Safety and Wellness
- Prepare reports evaluating wellness programs and participant satisfaction
