Job loss can be very challenging. It upsets the individual experiencing it first hand as well as the surrounding family that may also be impacted. Job loss can make an individual give up on a career path and education. It may completley discourage an individual or convince them that they may not have the same interests, talents or passions that they had when they first took the job. Some people may experience job loss early on which may have less impact than those that have been with a company for years or their whole life. Some may only have 1 interest or 1 hobby and it could very well be the job that they are in therefore, loosing that job would be devestating if that is the only thing they believe they can or should do in their lifetime.
