Job matches: Compare the FastCat job descriptions with survey job descriptions to identify those that are a good match based on the job requirements. When you are selecting benchmark jobs, you do not have to match every FastCat job. In fact, there aren't good matches for every job. You should however try to match as many jobs as you can. The more good matches you have the better your regression results will be in Phase II, Section III. If the regression shows that some jobs don't fit well, you can drop them later if you have to. At a minimum you should have 8-10 matches and make sure you are matching jobs that represent the full range of jobs at FastCat (i.e., entry level, professional, supervisory, & managerial). In other words you should be sure to include some jobs that are on the low end in terms of JE points, some that are on the high end, and some in the middle. List your job matches in table form that includes a column for JE Points and an explanation of why you chose the jobs you did. Typical length: 1-2 paragraphs plus the table
