Job Description
Sometimes traditional medicine is not enough. Treatment and symptom relief with medical cannabis continues to expand. Patients use our telehealth platform (over live video, at pre-specified times) to consult with healthcare practitioners about medical cannabis and whether it's right for them. We provide live support daily to our patients, our healthcare practitioners, and our partners - and are seeking help with this support.
- Work from home;this is a remote position.
- Support Medical Cannabis patients seeking online telehealth consultations with healthcare practitioners
- Answer frequently asked questions over web chat
- Greet and connect patients with practitioners over video
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 1-year prior experience working as a customer service representative or cannabis educator(Please do not apply without at least this minimum qualification!)

- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Dependable and enjoys working independently
- Comfortable with mobile technology
- Prior experience with Medical Cannabis highly preferred
