Job Postings: need to discover three current job postings for positions available in project management. Ideally, we will have at least one posting for a Program or Portfolio Manager. The position title can be Project Manager, as long as the description describes the duties, including program or portfolio management.

Project Manager Attribute List: Identify the characteristics of a project manager as defined in chapter 3 of the PMBOK. Create a checklist of the attributes, and order them as "Must Have", "Should Have", and "Nice to Have". Identify why we need to classify the attribute in each category.

Position Summaries: For each job posting, we should have three, and compare the text of the posting with the checklist we created. Summarize each posting individually by comparing what the employer is looking for with what PMI has defined as desirable attributes.

Overall Summary: Give an overall summary of your findings. Is PMI in alignment with industry expectations? Why or why not? In what areas are industry and PMI in alignment?
