Job sharing could be very beneficial, especially in terms of flexibility, reduced work stress, and a better work life balance, could there be some down sides to the job sharing? When I try to think of some limitations of job sharing, I believe it will be challenging to fulfill the duties of a position which requires a lot of communication, where when a job which requires communications from a party is initiated, and at later point needs to be handled by a different employee sharing that job. There could be some loss of information and can bring down the work efficiency. From your understanding, do you think there could be some ways to bridge this gap and make the job sharing as efficient as a single person handling the job?
