Job Three Medical Receptionist As we are a rapidly growing cosmetic practice and are looking for an experienced, customer-service oriented medical receptionist to join our team. Our preferred candidate would be someone who has worked within the cosmetic field and has a good understanding of surgical and/or non- surgical cosmetic procedures. We are looking for a hard-working individual who can multitask as this is a high volume clinic with multiple service providers. We are looking for a professional individual with a focus on patient care and customer service. Key Responsibilities Welcome pre-op, surgical & post-op patients into the clinic Ensure all patient demographics are correct and updating as needed Room all post-op patients upon arrival 0 0 0000 Manage all incoming calls related to pre-op, post-op and surgery. Manage all incoming faxes Ensure all OR packages are ready for each surgical day and include all necessary documents Bill all OHIP charges for surgeons Perform financial transactions such as debit, credit card and cash Work well under pressure Maintain cleanliness of reception area and waiting room Skills & Qualifications Previous customer focused role and/or clinic experience in plastic surgery is preferred Strong organizational and time management skills, Self-starter, with a proven track record of high performance 0 000 Outstanding communication skills and excellent phone demeanor Extremely high proficiency in technology and software programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information Engaging personality and optimistic outlook
