John, 40year-old employee, has been employed by your company for the past five years and works as a social media manager. As a social media manager he handles all company social media accounts and in-person marketing presentations. John also deals with trying to resolve customer complaints. The company has alleged a number of events that John has done wrong which allows it to fire him for cause (these events are the three complaints, 1st- not handling social media accounts properly, 2nd -behaviour during presentation, 3rd - inappropriate way of handling customer queries)

I have to make a fake law firm and

design a memo from the law firm to the company which fired John. memorandum discuss both of the following: 1) Use the law to flag potential issues with firing John because of the three individual complaints. What legal issues should the company be worried about? the law should tell in full and recommend company whether or not it could properly dismiss John for just cause for each of the three complaints. 2) have to Advise the company about how much notice it would have to provide if it decided to terminate john without cause by doing the following: a. First, determine john's notice period as if the ESA applied to the position. b. Second, determine John reasonable notice period using common law. have to Conduct a comprehensive legal analysis of John's common law notice period.
