John John is a popular radio host on Pacifica FM. Every weekday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am John John hosts a phone-in radio show where people live-on-air discuss a specific topic. John John also writes a weekly column in the Pacifica Herald. The topic of the day on John John's radio show was 'Useless Judges.' This topic followed the acquittal of David Jones who was on trial for treason before Judge Coyne. Many of John John's callers shared stories on air about how great Judge Coyne was because he never found anyone guilty. Naya called the show to share her experience with Judge Coyne. Naya said that her accountant stole and invested all her money in an illegal offshore pyramid scheme. She went on to say that despite her accountant admitting guilt, Judge Coyne refused to accept the guilty plea. During the trial, Judge Coyne told Naya, "You are a very dumb and stupid woman. Trusting your accountant shows the extent of your foolishness" and said that it was her stupidity that allowed him to find her accountant not guilty. Naya said that the trial forced her to close her business three months after. She also claimed that she now suffers from depression. John John was outraged by Naya's story. On air John John called on 'Chief Justice Hollis to take action and to stop wrecking people's lives by keeping useless judges like Coyne on the bench.'
