They will use their Frequent Flyer points for the airfares, so they only need you to research and recommend accommodation, tours, and car hire.

Firstly they would like to spend 5 nights in Vancouver in a 4 star hotel. While they are there they wish to go on two day tours to key tourist attractions. After their stay in Vancouver they would like to go on a 10 to 14 day coach tour to the Canadian Rockies, preferably with their own age group.

On their way home, they will stop at Honolulu for 5 nights, and will stay in a 4 star hotel in Waikiki Beach. They would like to hire a car to explore the island of Oahu, preferably a convertible.

  1. Write down details of all sources used.
  2. Select the most appropriate sources to meet your clients' needs, again, noting down website details, and the names and validity dates of any brochures/e-brochures used.
  3. Now select specific products to present to the Lee brothers. List two possible options for each product. For each option, include the name of hotel/company, location, name of tour/car type/pick up/drop off or check in/out details, room type, cost and special conditions. Type up for presentation purposes when you meet your clients.
