John Stewart was a political candidate running for the Garden Hills constituency. He was behind schedule in his campaign and wanted to have a rally to begin putting himself out to his constituents. John, however, was on a very limited budget and instructed his generals not to purchase any campaign materials unless they received specific instructions from him to do so. Ignoring John's instructions, one of John's generals went ahead and ordered an assortment of campaign and rally materials. When the materials arrived, John did not ask any questions as to where they came from but instead used them and had a very successful rally. After several weeks, the company did not receive payment for the materials after requesting the same. The company then sued John for their money. John told them to go and get the money from whoever ordered the materials because he never gave anyone permission to order anything. Advise the company as to their chances of success of suing John or whether they should sue someone else. (25pts)
