John Turner, who is not a client of your firm, phoned and gave you instructions to prepare a Will for his uncle, Ralph Smith, who is a client of the firms. John advised you that he was to receive the bulk of the estate. Ralph made an appointment to see you, came alone and confirmed the instructions that John gave you.
