John walks into your office and says that he recently purchased a house and now wants to sue Elizabeth, the seller, for breach of contract. He says that before entering into an agreement of purchase and sale, he and Elizabeth agreed that the kitchen cabinets have to be renovated. The house is on the older side and has significant wear and tear to the cabinets. Elizabeth agrees. On move in day, John sees that all of the cabinets are new but when he goes to put pots and pans and dishes into the cabinets he discovers that the insides of the cabinets are the original cabinets and Elizabeth has only replaced the doors but has left the remainder of the cabinets the same.
