Johnny is elderly with poor vision. A door to door salesman comes to his house and tries to sell him a carpet cleaner. Johnny doesn't want one, but the salesman tells him he gets paid for every presentation even if a sale isn't made. Johnny can't read the paper he is presented but signs it. It turns out to be a contract for purchase of a carpet cleaner. Johnny gets sued when he doesn't pay. What result?
