johnny signed a contract to work with syarikat mewah sdn bhd for 2 years.He is paid a salary of rm1500 per month.His probation period is 6 month.After working for 2 months,he had a dispute with his superior officer,Mr Gary.During the dispute,johnny punched Mr gary.Mr Gary lodges a complain to the employer,mr ah koot.Using force against a superior officer is misconduct according to the company's regulations.Since johnny has not yet confirmed,Mr Ah Koot issued a letter terminating his contract immediately on the ground of misconduct.Johnny who is unhappy with the termination comes for legal advice.
