Joly could not attend the next day, as her baby's babysitter couldn't come for sickness and she need to stay at home to nurse her child. Her boss, Sanjana suspended her for 15 days but Joly couldn't be able to accept this and tried to make her boss understand that she had nothing to do as she couldn't left her child alone at home, and there was none to take care of her child and his husband also work for a company.
