Joly, a working mother works in a company where she has been absent for maximum working days in a month. Her boss Sanjana warned her about this and told her if she were absent for another day and cross the maximum absenteeism limit, she will be penalized through suspension or termination. Joly could not attend the next day, as her baby's babysitter couldn't come for sickness and she need to stay at home to nurse her child.
