Jordan has developed a more efficient way of creating and identifying deep fakes. Jordan has made a limited version of the application for creating deep fakes available. It is a limited version because it is designed to also distort the background of the image by randomly inserting a small animated character every few seconds. (The longer the video, the more characters will end up in the background.) The animated characters were drawn and animated by Jordan. The second limitation is a small bit of code hidden in the video that will be easy for most detection systems to identify. The full version of the application does not have these limitation.

Already, people are editing out the animated characters from videos created using the limited version of the application - it is very time consuming, but it is not impossible. No appears to have identified the hidden code - yet.

Jordan has been offered a substantial sums of money for licenses to use the unlimited version, but only if the identification software is not released. Local law enforcement has requested a license to use the identification software, but it can only afford to pay a fraction of what Jordan has been offered for the unlimited version.
