Joro is a 3rdyear accountancy student in the University of the Cordilleras. Due to the ongoing pandemic, Joro had been having problems with his finances and was unsure whether he could enroll or not. In order to solve this problem, he decided to borrow money from Jakaree, a notorious money lender in Baguio city. Jakaree lent Joro some money under the agreement that Joro would give his one and only bicycle as security. They likewise agreed that incase Joro fails to pay Jakaree the amount within 3 months, Jakaree would then be the owner of the bicycle. After 3 months, Joro failed to pay Jakaree. And so Jakaree went to burnham and drove Joro's bicycle as its new owner. Joro wants his bike back because of all the memories he had in it. Joro comes to you as his law-knowledgeable friend and asks you if he can still get the bike back or if he even has a right over the bike considering that he failed to pay Jakaree. What will you advice Joro?
