Joshua worked for Neenah Paper at a book bindery. He worked with a partner on a machine which cut pages to fit the specified book size. This machine had massive motorized blades which posed a serious risk of hand and arm injury. One member of a team would operate the blade while the second, the feeder, guided the paper supply.
